I was disappointed the other day when ordering a large coffee the cup was filled almost 3/4 full 'really' and the lady didn't say or asked if I needed room for cream! Coffee it's pricy so I honestly felt cheated but was too embarrased to say anything, it was busy at the time. I come here 3 to 4 times a week though.
